Paul and Laurice have a beautiful dealership — they are easy to talk to and prompt with their communication. Shore was the first dealership I visited, and it stood out compared to the others I saw afterward. This was my first time buying a European car, so I had a lot of questions, and they were always friendly and willing to accommodate my requests. The only feedback I’d give is that I would have loved to know more about the special features of my car prior to purchase. I was already set on the model, but I later discovered that the car can park itself and has sensor-based cruise control (it’s brilliant!). That said, it doesn’t affect my overall experience, which is that of a happy customer. I feel confident that I can contact the dealership whenever necessary, and I’m looking forward to buying from them again in the future.

From the moment we entered Prestige, I had a good feeling. Paul was patient and kind as I had had my previous car for 20 years and was somewhat nervous to test drive the unfamiliar Mercedes, on a very wet day. The vehicle was in great condition, and the pricing and customer service all seemed to good to be true. Laurice and Paul compliment one another and made me feel at ease, great communication, nothing was too much trouble, and they went over and beyond to get things over the line for us. The car was in immaculate condition on delivery, with full clean inside and out, a service and wheel repairs conducted before pick up. I would recommend Shore Prestige for anybody looking for a premium European car from a trustworthy vendor without paying the exorbitant price you'd pay at the dealership.

Paul and Laurice made the sale smooth and seamless. Offering me a very reasonable trade in price on my previous car. The vehicle for sale was meticulously presented with great history. Paul ensured that all the items we agreed to when making a purchase deal were taken care of prior to pick up and he's also ensured a small job was taken care of when it popped up post sales. The level of honesty and customer service offered even after the sale is what makes all the difference. I would definitely use their service again in the future and will happily refer my family and friends to Shore Prestige.
