I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Paul and Pierce for making the purchase of my Jaguar such a special experience.
From the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely at ease. Paul was warm, genuine, and incredibly knowledgeable. At no point did I feel pressured just supported with honest advice and genuine care. Pierce was equally lovely to deal with, always friendly, approachable, and happy to help throughout the process.
One thing that really stayed with me was Paul taking the time to phone me the day after I collected my Jaguar, just to see how I was getting on and whether I had any questions. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot and says so much about the pride he takes in his business and the way he looks after his customers.
What neither Paul nor Pierce knew at the time was that buying this Jaguar was about much more than just purchasing a car. I had recently lost my dad, who owned and loved Jaguars, so this purchase was incredibly sentimental for me and made the experience even more meaningful.
Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, and for making what was a very emotional milestone such a positive and memorable experience. I absolutely love my Jaguar, and every drive brings a smile to my face.
